Who can refer a patient to Little Buds?
We welcome referrals from general dentists, orthodontists, pediatricians and other health care providers. Families are also welcome to contact us directly.
How do I send x-rays or records?
Please email any x-rays or records to info@littlebudsdental.com, or mention in the form that the patient still needs x-rays taken.
What happens after I send a referral?
Our team contacts the family to schedule a visit, reviews any records you’ve shared, and keeps you updated on the treatment plan.
Do you accept referrals for children with special needs?
Yes. Let us know about any medical, behavioral or sensory needs in the form so we can plan the right visit for the child.
Can I refer a patient by phone instead?
