Payment at your visit
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We’ll always review expected costs with you before any treatment.

Cancellation policy
Life happens! Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another family.

Do you file insurance claims for us?
Yes. We’ll send claims to your insurance company for you and help you understand what your plan covers.
Do I need to bring anything to the first visit?
Please bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and any recent dental records or x-rays from a previous dentist.
What if my child has two insurance plans?
Let us know about both plans when you book. We’ll coordinate benefits so you get the most out of your coverage.
What if our insurance changes?
Just let us know before your next visit. We’ll update your records and help confirm your new coverage so there are no surprises.
